关于基层卫生监督协管工作的实践与思考探讨

摘　　要：桦甸市卫生局卫生监督所严格按照《卫生计生监督协管服务规范》《卫生监督协管服务技术规范》要求,加强卫生监督网络建设,推进卫生监督进社区、进乡村,推进综合治理工作能力体系建设,不断完善卫生监督协管工作基础,提高培训能力体系建设及督导指导力度,敦促卫生监督协管工作落实到位,满足辖区经济社会发展需要和人民群众健康需求,推动本市卫生监督工作取得实效,在上级交予的医疗卫生、传染病防治、食品安全、公共场所卫生、职业卫生等各项卫生监督工作任务中勇担重任,取得了一定的成绩。该文结合卫生监督协管工作目的、本市卫生监督协管工作进展情况,认真梳理自身存在问题并思考探索及下一步工作思路,为今后卫生监督协管工作开展提供基础数据和理论支撑。The Health Supervision Institute of Huadian Health Bureau strictly follows the requirements of the"Service Specifications for Health and Family Planning Supervision and Management Services"and"Technical Specifications for Health Supervision and Management Services",strengthens the construction of health supervision network,and promotes health supervision into communities and villages,promotes the building of a comprehensive governance capacity system,continuously improves the foundation of health supervision and management,improves the training capacity system construction and supervision and guidance,and urges the implementation of health supervision and management,meets the needs of economic and social development in the jurisdiction and the health needs of the people,and promotes the city's health supervision work to achieve practical results.In the medical and health care,infectious disease prevention and control,food safety,public place health,occupational health and other health supervision tasks assigned by the superiors,they have made great achievements.Combining the purpose of health supervision and management work and the progress of health supervision and management work in this city,the paper carefully sorts out the existing problems,thinks and explores and thinks about the next work,so as to provide basic data and theoretical support for the development of health supervision and management in the future.
