摘 要:目的分析2020年灌云县土源性线虫病感染情况,评估该县土源性线虫病防治效果,为今后制定土源性线虫病防控措施提供科学依据。方法2020年10月9~30日,按东、西、南、北、中5个地理方位各随机抽取1个乡镇的1个行政村,每个行政村整群抽取3周岁以上常住居民200名作为监测对象,覆盖儿童、青年、中年和老年各年龄组人群。采集监测对象粪便样本,采用改良加藤厚涂片法(一粪两检)。查出钩虫者再以试管滤纸培养法进行粪样钩蚴培养,鉴定钩虫种类,3~9周岁儿童加做透明胶纸肛拭法检测蛲虫卵。根据监测结果分别计算各虫种的感染率和感染度。结果总感染率为1.10%,较2016年感染率0.87%(13/1500)差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.344,P=0.558)。男、女感染率分别为1.57%(7/446)、0.72%(4/554),其差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.631,P=0.202)。蛔虫感染率最高,达0.30%;其次为蛲虫,感染率为0.20%;钩虫和鞭虫感染率均为0.10%。3~9周岁儿童感染率最高,达4.65%,不同年龄组感染率差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.500,P=0.001)。5个监测点的感染率分别为0.50%、2.00%、0.50%、1.00%和1.50%,其差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.125,P=0.537)。结论2020年灌云县土源性线虫感染趋势平稳,3~9周岁儿童蛲虫病防治工作不容忽视,应加强健康教育和环境卫生的整治与监测,以巩固和扩大灌云县土源性线虫病防治成果。Objective To analyze the soil-transmitted nematode infection situation in Guanyun County in 2020,evaluate the effect of soil-transmitted nematode disease control in the county,and provide a scientific basis for the formulation of soil-transmitted nematode control measures in the future.Methods From October 9th to 30th,2020,1 administrative village in 1 township was randomly selected according to the 5 geographic positions of east,west,south,north and middle,and 200 permanent residents over 3 years old were selected as a cluster from each administrative village.As the monitoring object,it covers children,youth,middle-aged and elderly people of all age groups.The fecal samples of the monitored subjects were collected,and the modified Kato thick smear method(one fecal and two examinations)was used.If hookworms were found,fecal samples of hookworms were cultured by the test tube filter paper culture method to identify the types of hookworms,and children aged 3 to 9 years were added with transparent tape anal swab method to detect pinworm eggs.According to the monitoring results,the infection rate and infection degree of each species were calculated.Results The total infection rate was 1.10%,which was not statistically significant difference from the infection rate of 0.87%in 2016(13/1500)(χ2=0.344,P=0.558).The infection rates of males and females were 1.57%(7/446)and 0.72%(4/554),respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=1.631,P=0.202).Ascaris infection rate was the highest,reaching 0.30%;followed by Pinworm,the infection rate was 0.20%.Hookworm and whipworm infection rates were both 0.10%.The infection rate of children aged 3 to 9 years was the highest,reaching 4.65%,and the difference in infection rate among different age groups was statistically significant(χ2=18.500,P=0.001).The infection rates of the five monitoring points were 0.50%,2.00%,0.50%,1.00%and 1.50%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=3.125,P=0.537).Conclusion The trend of soil-transmitte
