基于因子分析的2020年我国各省市医院服务水平比较研究

摘　　要：目的对我国各省市医院服务水平进行综合评估,全面了解各地医院服务水平的差异,为推动医疗资源均衡发展,助力健康中国战略实现提供决策依据。方法根据2020年1—12月中国卫生健康统计年鉴相关数据,抽取能够反映医院服务水平的11项指标,建立因子模型,利用模型计算得到综合得分,对我国各省市医院服务水平进行综合评价。结果建立的因子分析模型为F=(0.55995×F1+0.20265×F2+0.17578×F3)/0.93838(F:综合评估得分;F1:医疗服务能力因子;F2:医疗服务费用因子;F3:医疗服务效率因子),综合得分位于前5位的分别是:广东、山东、江苏、四川、河南,后5位的分别是甘肃、海南、宁夏、青海、西藏。结论我国各地医院服务综合水平存在差距,经济发展水平高、人口较多的省市,医疗资源的供给也相对较高,医院服务水平亦整体较高。基于因子分析的综合评估结果与实际情况基本相符。Objective To comprehensively evaluate the service level of hospitals in various provinces and cities in my country,and comprehensively understand the differences in the service levels of hospitals in various regions,so as to provide decision-making basis for promoting the balanced development of medical resources and helping the realization of the Healthy China strategy.Methods According to the relevant data of China Health Statistical Yearbook from January to December 2020,11 indicators that can reflect the service level of the hospital were extracted,and a factor model was established.The comprehensive score was obtained by using the model calculation,and the service level of hospitals in various provinces and cities in my country was comprehensively evaluated.Results The factor analysis model established was F=(0.55995×F1+0.20265×F2+0.17578×F3)/0.93838(F:comprehensive evaluation score;F1:medical service capability factor;F2:medical service cost factor;F3:medical service efficiency factor).The top 5 comprehensive scores are:Guangdong,Shandong,Jiangsu,Sichuan,and Henan,and the bottom 5 are Gansu,Hainan,Ningxia,Qinghai,and Tibet.Conclusion There is a gap in the comprehensive level of hospital services across China.Provinces and cities with high levels of economic development and a large population also have relatively high supply of medical resources,and the overall level of hospital services is also high.The comprehensive evaluation results based on factor analysis are basically consistent with the actual situation.
