摘　　要：目的了解如皋市监管场所羁押人员人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)感染状况及危险行为,为制订艾滋病防控措施提供依据。方法对2016—2020年如皋市监管场所人员进行危险行为调查,调查结束后采集静脉血4~5 mL,用ELISA法进行HIV抗体检测,对阳性者进行确证。结果2016—2020年如皋市监管场所羁押人员共检测2691名,检出HIV初筛阳性数19例,确证检测阳性数17例,感染率为0.63%;按照户籍、婚姻状况进行分类对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有危险行为羁押人员的HIV感染率(1.30%,17/1306)明显高于无危险行为羁押人员(0.00%,0/1385),差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.14,P<0.05),其中注射吸毒的HIV感染率最高,为2.10%(7/334)。结论如皋市监管场所羁押人员中存在一定HIV感染流行,注射吸毒和性行为仍是主要的传播途径。Objective To understand the human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection status and risky behaviors of detainees in Rugao supervision places,and to provide evidence for the formulation of AIDS prevention and control measures.Methods Risk behaviors were investigated among the personnel in the supervision sites in Rugao City from 2016 to 2020.After the investigation,4-5 mL of venous blood was collected,and ELISA was used to test for HIV antibodies,and the positive ones were confirmed.Results From 2016 to 2020,a total of 2691 detainees in Rugao's supervision places were tested,19 were HIV positive at the initial screening and 17 were confirmed positive,and the infection rate was 0.63%.According to household registration and marital status,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HIV infection rate of detainees with risky behavior(1.30%,17/1306)was significantly higher than that of detainees without risky behavior(0.00%,0/1385),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=18.14,P<0.05).Among them,the HIV infection rate of injecting drug users was the highest,which was 2.10%(7/334).Conclusion There is a certain prevalence of HIV infection among detainees in Rugao supervision places,and injecting drug use and sexual behavior are still the main transmission routes.
