气候与基质对露天栽培赤松茸出菇的影响

摘　　要：采用大田县当地资源设置7组培养基配方,进行高海拔露天栽培赤松茸试验。结合试验场地气候变化(气温及雨情)进行试验观测,分析气候变化和培养基配方对子实体生长时间的影响,以及不同培养基配方对产量和子实体生长性状影响,高温和低温条件下对子实体生长性状影响,为高海拔地区露天栽培赤松茸提出指导性意见。Stropharia rugosoannulata was open-field cultivated by using seven groups of medium formula with local biomass sources in high altitude region at Datian county.Combined with the test site(temperature and rainfall regime)on climate change for observation,the effects of climatic conditions and medium formulations on the growth time and growth characters of fruit bodies were investigated in this study.The results provide guidance for the open-field cultivation of S.rugosoannulata in high-altitude areas.
