摘  要:使用ASPEN HYSYS软件对化纤装置中溶剂回收单元的二甲基亚砜(DMSO)连续减压精馏分离塔展开动态模拟,分析当精馏塔入口流量、组成波动对精馏塔系统稳定性的冲击及影响。通过对比不同的精馏塔进料控制方案、入口缓冲罐尺寸、间歇来料注入方案,得到更利于连续精馏塔稳定操作的设计参数,为后续溶剂回收装置的操作优化和抗冲击设计提供了理论依据。The dynamic simulation of DMSO continuous vacuum distillation separation column in solvent recovery unit of chemical fiber unit was carried out by using ASPEN HYSYS software,and the impact and influence of inlet flow rate and composition fluctuation on the stability of distillation column system were analyzed.By comparing different feeding control schemes,inlet buffer tank size and intermittent incoming material injection schemes,the design parameters more conducive to the stable operation of continuous distillation tower were obtained,which provided theoretical basis for the operation optimization and anti-impact design of subsequent solvent recovery unit.
