摘  要:对某型航空发动机结冰检测技术进行仿真和验证研究,首先介绍了基于某型航空发动机特殊领域的高强度、高可靠性、高分辨率结冰传感器测量原理、结冰信号采集处理电路原理和结冰传感子系统原理,然后仿真分析并计算了特定马赫数和环境温度下的结冰冰形状态和具体的结冰时间、冰层厚度,最后开展了结冰传感器单独试验和结冰传感子系统联合试验验证。结果表明,结冰检测技术可以有效地反映结冰真实状况,验证了仿真的结冰时间和冰层厚度,前后相符。同时,验证了结冰传感子系统相关指标的符合性和结冰信号采集处理的准确性。The icing detection technology of a certain aeroengine is simulated and validated.Firstly,the principle of high strength,high reliability and high resolution ice sensor measurement,the principle of ice signal acquisition and processing circuit and the principle of ice sensor subsystem based on a certain aero-engine special field are introduced.Then,the ice shape,freezing time and ice thickness under specific Mach number and ambient temperature are simulated and calculated.Finally,the separate test of icing sensor and the combine test of icing sensor subsystem are carried out.The results show that the icing detection technology can reflect the real conditions of icing effectively.The simulated freezing time and ice thickness are verified,and the results are consistent.The conformance of related indexes of ice sensor subsystem and the accuracy of ice signal acquisition and processing are verified.
