摘 要:雷击是威胁电力系统稳定性的主要因素之一。针对某工业小区35 kV变电站110 kV进线避雷器雷击事故,通过现场调研,分析了事故的主要原因是避雷器泄流不足。为了提高该变电站的防雷保护效果,提出采用串联电感两级避雷器进行级联设计,以串联电感作为避雷器级联配合动作开关。为了对所提措施进行验证,采用电磁暂态仿真软件ATP-EMTP进行实验室仿真试验。仿真结果表明,避雷器级联设计通过串接不同电感能够对雷电标称放电电流进行两级避雷器分配,避雷器的级联使得残余电压降低了23.88%,串接电感使得避雷器动作电压提高了29.85%,有效地避免了避雷器因电流过大而发生爆炸,同时能够有效降低避雷器的残余过电压。设计思路及仿真数据可为相关高压避雷器级联设计提供参考,在实际工程中可以根据不同的运行环境,参考设置不同的电感参数,以提高绝缘配合水平,提高电力系统的供电可靠性。Lightning strike is one of the main factor threatening the stability of power system.The lightning stroke accident of 110 kV incoming line lightning arrester in 35 kV substation of an industrial community is studied and analyzed.Through field investigation,it is found that the main cause of the accident is due to the insufficient discharge of lightning arrester.In order to improve the lightning protection effect of substation,a cascade design of two-stage lightning arrester with series inductance is proposed,and the series inductance is used as the cascade cooperative action switch of lightning arrester.At the same time,in order to verify the proposed measures,the electromagnetic transient simulation software ATP-EMTP is used for laboratory simulation verification.The simulation results show that the lightning arrester cascade design by connecting different inductors in series to be able to lightning nominal discharge current for two-level arrester distribution,the cascade of lightning arrester makes the residual voltage reduced by 23.88%,the series inductor makes the arrester action voltage increased by 29.85%.Effective protection of lightning arrester due to excessive current and explosion,at the same time can effectively reduce the residual overvoltage of the arrester.The design idea and simulation data can provide reference for the cascade design of related high-voltage arresters.In practical engineering,different inductance parameters can be set according to different operating environment,so as to improve the insulation coordination level and improve the power supply reliability of power system.
