摘　　要：北京冬奥会成功举办主要体现在疫情防控成效显著、竞赛成绩全面突破、赛事组织出色完美、形象建设积极有效、奥运遗产丰富多彩等方面。对北京冬奥会中国夺金项目的分布特点进行分析,中国体育代表团取得历史性突破的主要因素包括:竞技体育“举国体制”的根本保障作用,实施“全面参赛”战略成效显著,跨界跨项选材工程取得积极成效,归化运动员策略取得显著成效,主场优势充分发挥,“老将”发挥出色、年轻小将稳定发挥等。关注两点不利因素:路径依赖及我国冬季项目竞技水平持续保持面临严峻挑战;瓶颈期陷入滞胀风险,我国冬季项目可持续发展面临高质量发展转型压力。为推动我国冬季项目可持续发展,建议:充分发挥我国竞技体育“举国体制”的优越性,坚定不移推进“全面参赛”战略发展,打造我国冬季优势项目的核心竞争力;推动“冰雪运动进校园”战略发展和大众冰雪运动持续参与,助力后北京冬奥时代我国冬季项目可持续发展等。The success of Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games is mainly manifested in the effective results of epidemic prevention and control,comprehensive breakthroughs in competition results,excellent and perfect event organization,active and effective image building,abundant and diversified Olympic heritage,etc.This paper analyzed the distribution characteristics of China’s gold medal winning events in Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games and the main factors for Chinese sports delegation to achieve historical breakthroughs include:the fundamental guarantee effect of“nationwide competitive sports system”,effective results of“full participation”strategy implementation,positive results in cross-domain and cross-event talents selection projects,and the remarkable results of athlete naturalization strategy,advantage of the home field,excellent performance of“veteran players”and steady performance of young players.This paper focuses on two unfavorable factors:the path-dependent hidden risks have emerged;the competitive level of China Winter Sports events continuously faces severe challenges;face stagflation risk during the bottleneck period.Therefore,the sustainable development of China Winter Sports faces up with the pressure of high-quality development transition.In order to promote the sustainable development of China Winter Sports,the following strategy recommendations are proposed:give full play to the superiority of China“nationwide competitive sports system”,unswervingly promote the development of“full participation”strategy,build the core competitiveness of China Winter Sports advantageous events;promote the development of“Ice Snow Sports into Campus”strategy and continuous public participation into ice snow sports,support the sustainable development of China Winter Sports in the era of post Beijing2022 Olympic Winter Games.
