体教融合视角下单项体育协会与体育院校共建运动项目学院的思考

摘　　要：单项体育协会与体育院校共建运动项目学院是一种全新的运动项目学院共建模式,探讨共建的模式、特色、动因、效应、障碍及优化路径等问题具有重要现实意义。单项体育协会与体育院校围绕教学、训练、培训、科研、智库等领域共建运动项目学院,在目标定位、办学基础、办学内容、人才培养与社会服务方面形成鲜明特色。共建运动项目学院旨在响应国家及地方体育和教育发展战略诉求、深化体教融合发展路径、纾解竞技体育发展困境、创新单项体育协会实体化改革举措,对多元化体育人才培养渠道建立、多维度赛事保障优势资源整合、运动项目社会化发展活力激发、高水平体育科研攻关能力提升、运动项目专业化智库服务拓展都具有积极效应,但同时也面临共建制度、监管权责、管理机制、培养体系、社会参与等方面的障碍因素影响。因此,需分别从共建战略规划、运行结构机制、共建内容目标、社会资源参与、效能评价机制等维度落实共建的优化路径措施。It is a new mode of co-construction sports colleges by sports associations and sports colleges.It is of great practical significance to discuss the co-construction mode,characteristics,motivation,effect,obstacles and optimization path.Sports associations and sports colleges build co-construction sports colleges around teaching,training,cultivating,scientific research,think tanks,and innovate the sports talent training mode,with distinctive characteristics in the goal positioning,school-running basis,school-running content,talent training and social services.The co-construction of sports college aims to respond to the demands of national and local sports and education development strategies,deepen the integrated development path of sports and education,ease the difficulties of competitive sports development,and innovate the concrete reform measures of sports associations.It has positive effect on establishing diversified sports talents cultivation channels,integrating multidimensional games advantage resources,motivating socialization of sports development dynamic,promoting the high level sports scientific research ability,expanding sports professional think-tank service,but also need to face obstacle factors which come from construction institutional,regulatory responsibilities,management system,training system,social participation.Therefore,it is necessary to implement the optimization path measures of co-construction from the dimensions of strategic planning,operation structure and mechanism,content and objective of co-construction,participation of social resources and efficiency evaluation mechanism.
