摘 要:涤纶(PET)的分子结构中缺乏极性基团,亲水性差,故需要改善其亲水性能。采用浸轧-焙烘的方式,先以聚多巴胺(PDA)为粘结层,对PET纺粘非织造材料进行表面改性,制得PET-PDA非织造材料,再二次修饰接枝具有大量羟基、羧基的羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC),制备亲水涤纶(PET-PDA-g-CMC)非织造材料。结果表明,亲水性基团成功粘结到纤维表面,CMC聚合物和PDA以酯键结合,且均匀分布于纤维表面,实现了PET纺粘非织造布的亲水性;PET-PDA纺粘非织造材料(静态水接触角CA为70°)和PET-PDA-g-CMC纺粘非织造材料(CA≤5°)都具有良好的亲水性。Polyester(PET)lacks polar groups in its molecular structure and has poor hydrophilicity,so it needs to improve its hydrophilicity by the way of dip-rolling and baking.PDA was used as the bonding layer to modify the surface of PET spunbonded nonwovens to produce PET-PDA nonwovens,and then modified and grafted CMC with a large number of hydroxyl groups and carboxyl groups to prepare hydrophilic PET-PDA-g-CMC nonwovens.The results showed that the hydrophilic groups were successfully bonded to the fiber surface,and the CMC polymer and PDA were bonded by ester bond,and all of them were uniformly distributed on the fiber surface.Both PET-PDA(static water contact angle is 70°)and PET-PDA-g-CMC spunbonded nonwovens(CA≤5°)have good hydrophilicity,which realized the hydrophilicity of PET spunbonded nonwovens.
