摘 要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、烯丙基聚乙二醇(APEG)、乙二醇乙烯醚(M)、1-乙烯基-2-吡啶烷酮(NVP)为反应单体,2,2′-偶氮二(2-甲基丙基脒)二盐酸盐(V50)作为引发剂,通过自由基水溶液聚合合成一种降滤失剂,该降滤失剂的最优单体配比为m(AM)∶m(AMPS)∶m(M)∶m(APEG)∶m(NVP)=80∶8∶4∶3∶0.5,pH=8,单体浓度为35%,引发剂加量为0.3%,55℃反应5 h,红外光谱和热重稳定性分析表明,该降滤失剂结构上满足设计要求,并具有良好的热重稳定性。在性能评价中,该降滤失剂具有优良的抗温耐盐性能,经240℃老化16 h后,滤失量仅为25 mL;在饱和盐钻井液中,经150℃老化16 h后,滤失量仅为5.8 mL。加入降滤失剂,可以有效改善黏土颗粒分布,形成水化膜,有效提升滤饼质量。加入降滤失剂,可以降低黏土颗粒大小,可以有效填充滤饼空隙,降低滤失量,在聚合物加量为2.5%时,平均粒度仅为4.224μm。Acrylamide(AM),2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS),allyl polyethylene glycol(APEG),ethylene glycol vinyl ether(M),1-vinyl-2-pyridanone(NVP)were used as the reaction monomers,and 2,2′-azobis(2-methylpropylamidine)dihydrochloride(V50).The optimum monomer ratio of the fluid loss additive is m(AM)∶m(AMPS)∶m(M)∶m(APEG)∶m(NVP)=80∶8∶4∶3∶0.5,pH=8,monomer concentration 35%,and initiator addition 0.3%t=5 h,T=55℃.The infrared spectrum and thermogravimetric stability analysis show that the fluid loss additive can meet the design requirements structurally and has good thermogravimetric stability.In the performance evaluation,the filtrate reducer has excellent temperature and salt resistance,and the filtrate loss is only 25 mL after aging at 240℃for 16 h,and only 5.8 mL after aging at 150℃for 16 h in saturated salt drilling fluid.Adding filtrate reducer could effectively improve the distribution of clay particles,form hydration film and effectively improve the quality of filter cake.Adding fluid loss reducer can reduce the size of clay particles,effectively fill the gaps of filter cake and reduce the fluid loss,and the average particle size is only 4.224μm when the amount of polymer is 2.5%.
