摘 要:随着生命科学技术和材料技术的不断发展,微囊作为一种以多功能的囊材为基础,对小分子药物、多肽、蛋白或细胞进行包裹、封装的技术广泛地应用于各个研究领域。引入微囊技术可有效防止内容物的降解,提高生物利用度,同时可以起到缓释、控释的作用。本文综述了各类囊材的特性以及微囊的各类制备方法,针对近几年口服药物制剂中微囊应用的研究进展进行总结,展望新的微囊材料和制备工艺的发展,为今后的此类研究提供新的思路。In recent years, microcapsules, that use multifunctional materials to package small molecule drugs, peptides, proteins, or cells, are widely used in various research fields with the development of life science technology and material technology. Drawing microencapsulation technology into drug development can effectively prevent the degradation, improve the bioavailability and control the release of the drug. This review, on the one hand, introduces the characteristics of various capsule materials and preparation methods of microcapsules. On the other hand, the article summarizes the recent advances in applied research of microcapsules in oral pharmaceutical preparations. In additon, it also lists some of the microcapsule products on the market, that can provide new ideas and development directions for future research.
