摘 要:水泥土挡墙因内置管桩使墙体刚度提高,应用于软土地区基坑支护中综合性价比高。研究了水泥土挡墙内置管桩支护体系的理论计算方法。根据管桩内置于水泥土挡墙的不同形式,给出水泥土挡墙内置管桩支护体系不同平面布置形式,并通过力学计算得出每种平面布置形式的单元等效刚度;在分析水泥土挡墙内置管桩支护结构的内力、变形及基坑抗隆起稳定性的基础上,确定了管桩入土深度,并考虑土体水力条件确定了水泥土挡墙入土深度;依据加管区与非加管区交界面上所承受的剪力应满足水泥土抗剪强度的要求,确定了管桩的间距,给出了管桩与水泥土挡墙的承载力计算公式;经过数值分析,得出水泥土挡墙管桩前置较管桩后置支护结构最大位移、最大剪力偏小,最大弯矩偏大,且桩间距越小,桩身位移及内力越小。最后将研究成果应用于某基坑支护方案计算中,并将桩顶位移监测值与数值分析结果进行对比,两者吻合度较好,验证了本文计算方法的可靠性。Due to the built-in pipe piles,the rigidity of the cement-soil retaining wall is improved,and it is applied to the foundation pit support in soft soil regions with high comprehensive cost performance.This paper studies the theoretical calculation method of the built-in pipe pile support system of the cement-soil retaining wall.According to different forms of pipe piles built into the cement-soil retaining wall,different forms of plane layout of the support system are given,and the equivalent stiffness of each element of every kind of plane layout form is obtained through the mechanical calculation;on the basis of analyzing the internal force and deformation of the retaining wall and the basal heave stability of the foundation pit,the buried depth of the pipe piles is determined,and the buried depth of the cement-soil retaining wall is also determined after considering the hydraulic conditions of the soil mass.The shear force on the interface between the piped area and the non-piped area should meet the shearing strength requirements of the cemented soil,and the pipe pile spacing is determined.The calculation formula of the bearing capacity of the pipe piles and the cement-soil retaining wall is thus given.Through numerical analysis,it is determined that the maximum displacement and maximum shear force of the front pile in the cement-soil retaining wall are relatively small,and the maximum bending moment is relatively larger,and the smaller the pile spacing,the smaller the pile body’s displacement and its internal force.The research results are applied to the calculation of a foundation pit support scheme to make comparison on the pile-top displacement monitoring and the numerical analysis results.They are in high goodness of fit,which verifies the reliability of the calculation method in the paper.
