摘 要:针对磁性纤维制备中存在的磁性粉体易团聚、可纺性差及纤维力学性能低等问题,在优选磁性锦纶6功能母粒的基础上,利用静态混合器提高磁性粉体的均匀分散,探究了纺丝温度、纺丝速率、冷却成型条件及加弹工艺等工艺条件对磁性纤维可纺性及物理性能的影响,并对比研究了磁性粉体添加量对磁感应性及力学性能的影响。结果表明:理想的纺丝工艺条件为箱体温度263℃、侧吹风风速0.28~0.33 m/s;当磁性粉体的添加量为3%时,44 dtex/34 f磁性锦纶6 DTY纤维的表面磁感应强度为0.03 mT,制备得到了综合性能优异的磁性锦纶6 DTY纤维,有望用于功能性高端高品质锦纶织物的制备及应用。Aiming at the problems of magnetic powder's tendency to conglomerate,poor spinnability and low fiber mechanics in magnetic fiber preparation,the uniform dispersion of magnetic powder is improved by static mixer based on the selected magnetic polyamide 6 functional masterbatches.The effect of spinning temperature,spinning rate and cooling molding conditions on magnetic fiber spinning and physical performance is explored.The effect of magnetic powder on magnetic induction and hydraulic performance is also compared.The results show that the ideal spinning process conditions is box temperature is 263℃,and the side blowing wind speed is 0.28 to 0.33 m/s.In addition,when the content of magnetic powder is 3%,with a surface magnetic sensing strength of 0.03 mT,the 44 dtex/34 f magnetic nylon 6 DTY fiber is prepared with excellent comprehensive performance,which is expected to be used for functional high-quality nylon fabrics.
