摘　　要：2021年,曹杨新村作为重点样本社区入选以"15分钟社区生活圈——人民城市"为主题的上海城市空间艺术季,从"宜居、宜业、宜游、宜学、宜养"五方面进行了全面的更新建设,具有70年历史的劳模村再次焕发出新的活力.文章通过回顾曹杨新村规划建设历程,指出曹杨新村的建设、调整和更新在解决不同时期居住问题的同时,也串联起了当代中国三代住区规划理论:从邻里单位到居住小区,再到社区生活圈.曹杨新村为国际前沿理论的中国化提供了实践的土壤,并为同时代的住区规划建设提供了宝贵经验——这种创新性和示范引领是曹杨新村历史价值的重要组成部分.In 2021,the Cao Yang New Village was selected as one of the main sites for the Shanghai Urban Space Art Season(SUSAS)Under the theme of"15-Minute Community Life Ci rcle:A People’s City".After a comprehensive renewal in five aspects:"livability,workability,walkability,learning-friendly,age-friendly".this 70-year-old。’model workers’village"is charged with renewed vitality.Through a review of the planning and construction history of the Cao Yang NewVillage,this paper points out that the construction,adjustment,and renewal of the village have not only solved diffe rent housing problems in respective periods but also strung together three generations of residential area planning theories in contemporary China:frOm neighborhood units to micro。district to community life circle.The Cao Yang New Village provides a practical ground for the Chinesization of leading international theories and valuable experience for the planning and construction of other settlements in China.Its innovation and exemplary leadership are an important part of the historical value of the Cao Yang NewVillage.
