摘 要:2021年我国铝合金挤压材和锻件合计产量为2 224万t,生产这些产品的坯料多为半连续铸造(Direct-Chill casting, DC铸造)的铝合金圆铸锭。DC铸造是铝合金生产的关键环节,锭坯的冶金质量和成品率直接决定最终产品的质量和成品率。介绍了铝合金圆锭竖直DC铸造技术的原理、发展历程、最新的发展动态和前景,梳理了我国铝合金DC铸造技术的应用现状,分析了我国企业在铝合金DC铸造技术领域与国外企业存在的差距及形成差距的内在原因,并为提高我国铝合金DC铸造技术水平、消除与国外企业的差距提出了合理化建议。The total amount of extruded and forged aluminum alloy in 2021 was about 22.24 million tons in China. Most of them were produced by aluminum alloy round ingots cast by direct-chill(DC) casting technology. DC casting is of great significance in the aluminum alloy manufacturing process, and it can be a determinant of the metallurgical quality and the yield of final products. The exposition covers technological principle, process development, the latest progress, and prospects, and the application in China of vertical DC casting. The existing gaps in aluminum alloy DC casting technology between Chinese enterprises and foreign enterprises have been analyzed and corresponding reasons have been pointed out. The reasonable suggestions have also been given to improve aluminum alloy DC casting technology and close the gap with foreign enterprises.
