摘  要:采用连续铸轧法替代传统半连续铸造法生产钎焊复合板用4045铝合金坯料卷,对连续铸轧生产过程中使用的AlP4.5、45%NaF+40%NaCl+15%KCl和AlSr10三种变质剂的变质效果进行对比试验研究。研究结果表明:AlP4.5变质剂基本无变质效果;45%NaF+40%NaCl+15%KCl变质剂的效果较好,但变质具有时效性,铸轧料卷从头至尾变质效果逐渐减弱;AlSr10变质剂的变质效果最佳,无块状初晶硅产生,且共晶硅也由长针状变为短小棒状。The 4045 aluminum alloy billet coil for brazing composite plate was produced with the continuous cast rolling method instead of the conventional semi-continuous casting method. The modification effects of AlP4.5, 45% NaF+40% NaCl+15 KCl and AlSr10 used in continuous cast rolling were compared in the test. The results show that the AlP4.5 modifier has almost no modification effect. The 45% NaF+40% NaCl+15% KCl modifier has better effect but is time-limited, and the effect is weakened from coil head to coil tail. The AlSr10 has the best effect, in which no bulk primary silicon is formed, and the shape of eutectic silicon changes from long needle to short rod.
