摘 要:以柠檬酸、丁二酸、硫酸铵及乳酸为加速剂,采用二次浸锌、碱性预镀、酸性化学镀方法在2024铝合金表面镀覆镍磷合金镀层。为获得加速剂中柠檬酸、丁二酸、硫酸铵及乳酸的最佳配比,通过正交实验研究了柠檬酸、丁二酸、硫酸铵及乳酸对镍磷合金镀层镀速的影响,采用热震试验、硬度测试及硝酸浸泡实验对不同镍磷合金镀层的质量进行研究。研究结果表明:柠檬酸对镍磷合金镀层镀速影响最大;加速剂的最佳配比为:柠檬酸20 g/L、丁二酸5 g/L、硫酸铵25 g/L、乳酸15 g/L;在最佳配比加速剂镀液中获得的镍磷合金镀层分布均匀,与铝合金基体结合紧密,硬度可达512 HV,耐腐蚀性最好。With the accelerator of citric acid, succinic acid, ammonium sulfate and lactic acid, the Ni-P alloy plating was performed on 2024 aluminum alloy by means of secondary zinc dipping, alkaline pre-plating and acid electroless plating. In order to obtain the best ratio in accelerator, the effects of citric acid, succinic acid, ammonium sulfate and lactic acid on the deposition velocity of Ni-P alloy plating were studied by the orthogonal experiment. The qualities of different Ni-P alloy platings were tested by thermal shock test, hardness test and nitric acid immersion test. The results show that citric acid has the greatest effect on the plating speed of Ni-P plating and the best ratio of accelerator is: citric acid 20 g/L, succinic acid 5 g/L, ammonium sulfate 25 g/L and lactic acid 15 g/L. The Ni-P plating with the best ratio of accelerator is evenly distributed and tightly combined with the aluminum alloy matrix. Its hardness is 512 HV and it has the best corrosion resistance.
