摘  要:采用SEM及EDS对6063铝合金微弧氧化膜进行截面、结构表面形貌与成分分析,利用动电位极化曲线和盐雾试验研究其耐蚀性能。结果表明:硅酸钠电解液体系制备的6063铝合金微弧氧化膜呈现多孔和显微裂纹的结构特点,破坏了微弧氧化膜的完整性,导致其耐腐蚀性能不佳。利用硅烷与铝合金表面微弧氧化膜发生化学键合进行封孔的同时,在其表面形成致密的保护膜,从而极大地提高了6063铝合金的微弧氧化膜的耐腐蚀性能。采用质量分数为5%的KH560硅烷水解溶液封孔处理后的微弧氧化旋风转子经过1 872 h的中性盐雾试验,膜层结构仍然保持完整,没有出现腐蚀和膜层崩溃失效的现象,说明使用该硅烷水解溶液封孔处理对微弧氧化膜的孔洞和显微裂纹具有良好的封孔效果。For the micro-arc oxidation coating on 6063 aluminum alloy, the section, structure surface morphology and composition were analyzed with SEM and EDS,and the corrosion resistance was evaluated with the potentiodynamic polarization curve and the salt spray test.The results show that the micro-arc oxide coating prepared by sodium silicate electrolytic liquid has the structure characteristics of multi-holes and microcracks, which destroys the integrity of the micro-arc oxide coating and leads to poor corrosion resistance. The corrosion resistance of micro-arc oxidation coating on 6063 aluminum alloy can be greatly improved by using silane and micro-arc oxidation coating on aluminum alloy surface to seal the hole and form a dense protective coating on its surface. After 5% KH560 silanization, the micro-arc oxidation structure of the cyclone rotor was tested by neutral salt spray for 1 872 h, and the coating structure remained intact without corrosion or coating collapse failure, indicating that 5% KH560 silane treatment achieved a good sealing effect on the multi-holes and micro-cracks of the micro-arc oxidation coating.
