摘 要:目的:基于广泛靶标代谢组学技术分析,分析乌药醋制前后化学成分的差异。方法:运用超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆复合线性离子阱质谱(UPLC-Q-Trap/MS)技术对乌药醋制前后的化学成分信息进行采集,结合主成分分析(PCA)和正交偏最小二乘-判别分析(OPLS-DA)等多元统计分析方法对所采集到的相关信息进行处理分析,发现并鉴定乌药与醋乌药的差异代谢物。结果:运用多元变量统计分析和单变量统计分析,筛选出了156个具有显著性的差异代谢物,并找到了与差异代谢物相关性最高的通路——黄酮和黄酮醇生物合成途径。结论:本文从化学成分以及代谢物合成通路的角度,揭示了乌药醋制前后化学成分的差异,可为醋乌药的质量控制和药效研究奠定物质基础。Objective: Based on extensive target metabolomics technology analysis, this study aims to analyze the differences of the chemical composition in Linderae Radix before and after vinegar processing. Methods: The UPLC-Q-Trap/MS was used to collect the chemical composition information of Lindera Radix before and after vinegar processing. Combined with principal component analysis(PCA) and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA), the collected related information was processed and analyzed, and the differentially expressed metabolites between Lindera and vinegar-processed Lindera were found and identified. Results: Using multivariate statistical analysis and univariate statistical analysis, 156 significant differentially expressed metabolites were screened out, and the pathway with the highest correlation with the differential metabolites was flavonoids and flavonols biosynthesis pathway. Conclusion: From the point of view of chemical composition and metabolite synthesis pathway, this paper reveals that there are some differences in chemical composition between Lindera and vinegar-processed Lindera, and provides a basis for the quality and pharmacodynamic research of vinegar-processed Lindera.
