摘　　要：目的:为食品药品检验机构的生物安全实验室设施设备运行维护提供建设性意见。方法:简述了我国生物安全实验室的分级和设施设备运行维护的法规依据。从运行维护职责交叉、运维模式选择、维保合同精细、运维人员优选、维保经费保障、运维考核完善等方面,分析存在的困难,尝试提出解决办法。结果:通过准确定位适合本单位的运行维护模式,构建权责明晰的部门和岗位间协作关系,不断精细运维服务内容、提高运维技术人员能力、严格考核运维服务质量,加上专项运维保障经费的划拨等措施,能够推动运行维护能力不断提升。结论:生物安全实验室设施设备运行维护面临诸多困难,实验室设立单位需加强监管,注重运维管理细节,促使生物安全实验室设施设备稳定安全运行,才能保障食品药品检验任务安全顺利开展。Objective: To provide constructive suggestions for the operation and maintenance of biosafety laboratory facilities and equipment in food and drug inspection institutions. Methods: The classification of biosafety laboratories and the regulatory basis for the operation and maintenance of facilities and equipment in China were briefly described. From the aspects of overlapping operation and maintenance responsibilities, selection of operation and maintenance mode, fine maintenance contract, optimization of operation and maintenance personnel, guarantee of maintenance funds and improvement of operation and maintenance assessment, this paper analyzed the existing difficulties and tried to put forward solutions. Results: By accurately positioning the operation and maintenance mode suitable for the unit, building a cooperative relationship between departments and posts with clear rights and responsibilities, constantly refining the operation and maintenance service content, improving the ability of operation and maintenance technicians, strictly assessing the operation and maintenance service quality, plus the allocation of special operation and maintenance support funds, the operation and maintenance ability could be promoted. Conclusion: There are many difficulties in the operation and maintenance of biosafety laboratory facilities and equipment. The establishment unit of the laboratory needs to strengthen supervision, pay attention to the details of operation and maintenance management, and promote the stable and safe operation of biosafety laboratory facilities and equipment, so as to ensure the safe and smooth development of food and drug inspection tasks.
