摘 要:研制了一种“双工位”木耳菌包装袋机,对其机械和智能控制部分的设计做了整体概述。采用改进型BP神经网络对菌包密度进行精准控制,预测误差较小,满足了菌包生产质量要求。根据仿生原理研制自动撑袋、套袋机构,并采用负压吸附原理设计了双工位负压吸盘和撑袋机械手,利用UG软件进行有限元分析,其强度和变形量满足工作要求;采用多智能体生产线技术实现了撑袋、套袋各工位及故障诊断的协调控制问题。样机试验结果表明:该机装袋速度可达2000袋/h;菌包密度误差≤±5%;合格率≥99%,对促进木耳产业智能化生产具有支撑作用。A"dual-station"fungus packaging machine was developed,which can realize the functions of automatic packing bag making and automatic packaging.The improved BP neural network was used to control the density of the bacteria package accurately,and the prediction error is small,which meets the needs of purity prediction in industrial production.According to the bionic principle,the automatic support and bagging mechanism was developed,and the dual-station negative pressure suction cup and packing bag support manipulator were designed using the principle of negative pressure adsorption.Using UG software for finite element analysis,its strength and deformation fully met the work requirements.Multi-agent production line technology was used to realize the coordinated control of bag supporting and bagging stations and fault diagnosis.The test results show that the packing speed of the device can reach 2000 bags/h,the density error of bacteria is≤±5%;rate of qualified products is≥99%,which has great practical significance for the realization of the fungus industry intelligence.
