摘 要:为分析现有水泥分解炉结构存在的问题,利用Fluent软件对分解炉的初始结构进行模拟计算,分析分解炉内流场、温度场、碳酸钙分解、NO_(x)生成以及CO对NO_(x)浓度的影响,发现炉内没有形成稳定有效的CO高浓度区,来使窑尾排入废气中带入的NO通过,对废气带入分解炉的NO浓度影响很小。模拟结果为后续对分解炉的进一步研究计算提供理论依据,以及为分解炉组织燃烧和降低NO_(x)排放提供参考.In order to analyze the existing problems in the structure of the existing cement calciner,this paper uses Fluent software to simulate the initial structure of the calciner.The analysis offlow field,temperature field,decomposition of calcium carbonate,NO_(x) generation and the influence of CO on NO_(x) concentration in the calciner shows that there is no stable and effective high concentration area of CO in the calciner,so that the NO brought into the waste gas discharged into the kiln tail can pass through this area,and the NO concentration brought into the calciner by the waste gas has little influence.The simulation results provide a theoretical basis for further research and calculation of the calciner,as well as a reference for the organizational combustion and reduction of NO_(x) emission in the calciner.
