卡瑞利珠单抗致1例肺癌患者免疫性心肌炎的药学监护

摘　　要：临床药师参与1例肺癌患者使用卡瑞利珠单抗后出现免疫性心肌炎的诊疗过程,分析卡瑞利珠单抗与心肌炎的关联性后,在治疗免疫性心肌炎的药物选择、剂量及疗程等方面针对性地给出用药建议,并对患者长期大量使用糖皮质激素进行药学监护及用药教育,患者经糖皮质激素及人免疫球蛋白治疗后病情好转。临床药师可在免疫相关不良反应的诊疗及药学监护等方面起到重要作用,为肿瘤患者用药的安全性和有效性提供保障。This paper introduces clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of a lung cancer patient with immune myocarditis after using camrelizumab.After analyzing the relation of immune myocarditis and camrelizumab,clinical pharmacists given targeted adjustments of treatment plans in terms of the drug selection,dose and duration for immune myocarditis,and provided pharmaceutical monitor and medication education to the patient.The patient got better after treatment with glucocorticoid and immunoglobulin.Clinical pharmacists played an important role in diagnosis,treatment and pharmaceutical monitor of immune-related adverse events,which can provide guarantees for the safety and effectiveness of immunotherapy for patients.
