摘　　要：临床药师参与1例脑膜瘤术后发生嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌(SMA)颅内感染的治疗,根据患者检查指标,结合相关指南和文献,针对性地提出抗感染治疗方案建议。临床医生采纳建议后,临床药师持续监护患者病情变化及神经系统潜在不良反应,最终患者颅内感染得到有效控制,也未出现明显的中枢神经系统不良反应。分析该病例治疗过程可为此类患者抗感染治疗提供一定参考。By participated in a patient with Stenotrophomonas maltophilia(SMA)intracranial infection after meningioma surgery,the clinical pharmacists proposed targeted anti-infection treatment program recommendations based on the patient examination indicators,combined with relevant guidelines and literature.After the clinicians adopted the recommendation,the clinical pharmacist continued to monitor the changes of the patient's condition and the potential adverse reactions of the nervous system,and finally the patient's intracranial infection was effectively controlled,and there was no obvious central nervous system adverse reactions.Through the study of this case,hope to provide some reference for the anti-infection treatment of such patients.
