摘 要:设计了10个高强钢T形件的单向拉伸试验,分别研究了螺栓直径、螺栓线距、螺栓端距和钢材强度对T形件受拉力学性能的影响,试验结果表明:在试验参数范围内,T形件共产生螺栓破坏、联合屈服和翼缘屈服三种破坏模式;增大螺栓直径会显著提高T形件的初始刚度、屈服荷载、极限承载力和极限变形;增大螺栓线距有利于提高T形件的变形能力,但初始刚度、屈服荷载和极限承载力会有所降低;增加螺栓端距能小幅提高T形件的屈服荷载、极限承载力和极限位移,但对初始刚度影响不大;钢材强度对T形件的屈服荷载和极限承载力影响较大。另外,在ABAQUS软件中建立了T形件的有限元分析模型,利用10个高强钢T形件和其他学者的试验数据验证了模型的可靠性,最后研究了翼缘厚度、单侧螺栓间距、螺栓规格以及预紧力等参数对高强钢T形件受拉力学性能的影响,参数分析结果表明翼缘厚度是影响T形件受拉力学性能的关键参数,而单侧螺栓间距和螺栓规格的影响较小,预紧力对T形件的初始刚度有较大影响。研究结果可为高强钢T形件的设计施工、规范制定提供数据参考和设计指导。In this paper,ten high-strength steel T-stubs are designed for tensile behavior tests.The influences of bolt diameter,bolt spacing,bolt end distance and steel strength on the tensile properties of T-stub are studied.The test results show that within the range of test parameters,there are three failure modes,bolt failure,joint yielding and flange yielding.Increasing the bolt diameter can obviously increase the initial stiffness,yielding load and ultimate bearing capacity of T-stub,and the deformation capacity can also increase relatively.A larger bolt spacing can improve the deformation capacity,but the initial stiffness,yield load and ultimate bearing capacity are degraded.With the increase of the bolt end distance,the yield load,ultimate bearing capacity and ultimate deformation of T-stub can be increased slightly,but it has little influence on the initial stiffness.The steel strength has a great influence on the yield load and ultimate bearing capacity of of T-stub.In addition,a finite element model of T-stub is built using ABAQUS,and the validity of the model is verified by comparing with the test data of ten high-strength steel T-stubs and other references.Finally,the influence of flange thickness,distance between two bolts on the same side,bolt specification and bolt pretension are studied.The parametric analysis results show that flange thickness has a large effect on the tensile behavior of T-stub,but the influence of bolt specification and distance between two bolts on the same side is small,and the pretension only has influence on the initial stiffness of T-stub.This study provides a good guidance for the design and construction of high-strength steel T-stub and related specifications.
