摘 要:针对某反应堆临时开合顶盖的支座设计,提出一种新型可拆卸节点——夹持型节点。首先仿照钳盘式制动器的结构形式和工作原理设计了夹持型节点的具体构造,通过推导传力装置所传递的挤压力和摩擦力,阐述了节点的传力机理;然后通过确定螺栓力、螺栓扭矩及夹持结构的简化分析,提出了节点的简化设计方法;最后使用通用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对夹持型节点的受力性能进行有限元分析。结果表明:夹持型节点能满足连接强度要求且对所连接构件无损伤,理论上验证了夹持型节点的实用性和设计方法的可行性。研究可为类似的支座节点设计提供参考。This paper proposes a new detachable joint,namly,clamping joint,for the design of the support for temporary operable roof of a certain reactor.The specific structure of the clamping joint based on the structure and working principle of the caliper disc brake is firstly designed.Then the force transfer is explained by deriving the extrusion force and friction force transmitted by the force transfer device.A simplified design method is proposed for the joint by determining the bolt force,bolt torque and simplified analysis of clamping structure.Finally,the finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to analyze the performance of the clamping joint.The results show that the clamping joint can meet the requirements of connection strength without damaging the connected components,which theoretically verify the application of clamping joint and the feasibility of the design method.This paper can provide a reference for similar support design.
