环形张拉整体式穹顶结构拉索失效研究

摘  要:为探究环形张拉整体式穹顶结构的破坏机理,使用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS对其力学性能进行非线性有限元分析,考虑拉索失效对此类结构产生的不利影响,同时开展了拉索松弛和破断的研究。研究结果表明:结构不利于承受非对称荷载,在全跨荷载作用下,当拉索发生松弛时结构将产生刚度突变。单根拉索破断后,结构不存在相等的自振频率,且第一阶频率均有所降低,斜索20破断后,结构刚度大幅降低。部分拉索破断后,将导致整个结构发生坍塌破坏,建议在实际工程中应经常进行应力监测与日常维护以提高该部分拉索的安全储备。研究结果将对此类结构的施工维护以及安全评估具有一定的参考。In order to explore the failure mechanism of an annular tensegrity-dome structure,the finite element software ANSYS is utilized to carry out nonlinear finite element analysis on it.Considering the negative impact of cable failure to such structure system,the relaxation and fracture investigation of cable is conducted.The results show that the structure is not conducive to the asymmetric load,and the stiffness of the structure can suddenly change when the cable relaxes with a full-span loading.With the fracture of a single cable,the structure does not have the same natural vibration frequency,and the first frequency is reduced.With the fracture of Cable 20,the stiffness of the structure is reduced significantly.With the fracture of some cables,the structure will collapse.It is suggested that stress monitoring and daily maintenance should be considered in practical engineering to improve the safety reservation of the corresponding cables.The above research can provide a reference in the area of construction maintenance and safety assessment of such structures.
