全价颗粒饲料饲喂繁殖期乌苏里貉效果及分析

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究全价颗粒饲料对繁殖期貉繁殖性能的影响。选取115只健康雌性经产乌苏里貉,随机分成2组,全价颗粒料组54只、鲜料组61只,全价颗粒料组饲喂繁殖期全价颗粒饲料,鲜料组饲喂自配鲜饲料。试验结果表明,饲喂全价颗粒料和鲜饲料后母貉的绝窝率均为0,配种率分别为96.3%和96.72%,产仔率分别为75.0%和79.66%,空怀率分别为25.0%和20.34%,胎平均产仔数分别为8.51只和8.26只,群平均育成数分别为7.85只和8.00只。卡方检验结果表明两组配种率、产仔率和空怀率差异均不显著(P>0.05);独立样本t检验结果表明,两组胎平均产仔数和群平均育成数差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此得出,与鲜饲料相比,全价颗粒饲料不会影响繁殖期乌苏里貉的繁殖性能,可以替代鲜饲料应用于生产。This study was to evaluate the effect of pellet feeds on the reproductive performance in Ussuri raccoon dogs during the breeding period. This experiment selected 115 healthy female raccoon dogs which were randomly divided into 2 groups, fresh feed group(FG, n=61)and pellet feed group(PG, n=54). The raccoon dogs of the FG were fed with self-made fresh feeds during the breeding period, and the raccoon dogs of the PG were fed with pellet feeds. The results showed that the zero live litter rate of female raccoon dogs in FG and PG were 0,the mating rate was 96.3% and 96.72%, the farrowing rate was 75.0% and 79.66%, the nonpregnant rate was 25.0% and 20.34%, the fetal average litter size was 8.51 and 8.26, and the average number of breeding was 7.85 and 8.00. The Chi-square test showed that there was no significant difference in the mating rate, farrowing rate and not pregnancy ratio between the two groups(P>0.05);The results of the t~test of independent samples showed that there was no significant difference in the fetal average litter size and the average number of breeding between the two groups(P>0.05). Based on the analysis of various indexes, there was no significant difference between FG and PG in estrus, breeding and litter production of female raccoon dogs. Compared with the fresh feed, ussuri raccoon dogs during the breeding period fed with pellet feed couldn’t affect the reproductive performance, and could replace the fresh feed used in the production.
