篱架与小棚架树形对‘巨玫瑰’葡萄果实品质的影响

摘　　要：本研究通过对葡萄果实糖酸、色泽和香气等进行测定,比较葡萄“T”形简易小棚架树形和“厂”字形篱架树形对‘巨玫瑰’葡萄果实品质的影响,为生产建园中树形选择提供参考。结果表明,与“厂”字形篱架树形相比,“T”形小棚架树形‘巨玫瑰’葡萄果粒稍大,粒重明显增加,表皮光泽明亮度显著提高,果色差异明显;果实含糖量增加,含酸量降低,特征香气物质中萜烯类物质含量较高。因此,“T”形简易小棚架比“厂”字形篱架树形更有利于提高‘巨玫瑰’葡萄果实品质。The study to instruct the selection oftree form in vineyard construction,the effect oftwo tree forms,"T"shaped simple trellis frame and"厂"shaped hedgerow frame,on fruit quality was compared by measuring the sugar and acid,color and aroma of'Jumeigui'grape berry.The results showed that the berry size of"T"shaped was a little bigger than the"厂"shaped,but the berry weight and the brightness of skin luster were significantly increased,and the difference of skin color was obvious.Meanwhile,the sugar content of"T"shaped was higher,the acid content was lower,and the terpene content was higher in characteristic aroma substances.Therefore,"T"shaped tree form is more conducive to promote the quality of'Jumeigui'grapevine than the"厂"shaped.
