摘  要:吉林油田泉头组地层岩性复杂,钻头吃入困难。为此,开展岩心抗钻特性测试,结果表明,地层岩石脆性矿物含量高,软硬交错,中硬岩石多且非均质性较强,钻头出现打滑是导致机械钻速低的主要地层因素。结合测井数据建立了全井段的抗钻特性剖面,利用虚拟强度指数法对区块实际使用钻头进行了评价,提出了钻头优选序列并进行了优化设计。优化后的钻头机械钻速提高了34.85%,提速效果明显。The lithology of the Quantou formation in Jilin Oilfield is complex,which makes it difficult to drive the bit.Therefore,the core anti-drilling characteristics test is carried out.The results show that the formation rocks have high content of brittle minerals,alternating hard and soft,with many medium hard rocks and strong heterogeneity,and the bit slippage is the main formation factor leading to low ROP.Combined with the logging data,the anti-drilling characteristic profile of the whole well section is established,the actual bit in the block is evaluated by using the virtual strength index method,the bit optimization sequence is put forward and the optimization design is carried out.The optimized drill bit's ROP has increased by 34.85%,and the speed-up effect is obvious.
