摘  要:为降低高含水油藏调剖措施风险,利用六西格玛技术对濮东采油厂调剖井组影响因素进行分析,选出注采对应关系、注水参数、吸水剖面参数、采油参数、连通参数、调剖剂参数六类因素,利用六西格玛技术对措施数据进行相关性分析和回归分析,确定影响调剖效果的关键因子为注入压降、修正剖面指数、连通厚度。优选调剖井组时,提出四个筛选条件:回归日增油、注采对应关系、日产油、调剖剂类型。矿场应用表明,实施调剖措施24井次,累计增油542 t,平均单井日增油为0.71 t。In order to reduce the risk of profile control measures in high water cut reservoir,the influencing factors of profile control well group in Pudong Oil Production Plant are analyzed by using the 6 Sigma technique,and then six kinds of factors are selected:injection-production relationship,water injection parameters,water absorption profile parameters,oil production parameters,connectivity parameters and profile control agent parameters.Through the analysis on correlation and regression on the measure data,the key factors affecting profile control effect are determined as injection pressure drop,modified profile index and connected thickness.When optimizing the profile control well group,four screening conditions are put forward:regression of daily oil increase,corresponding relationship between injection and production,daily oil production and type of profile control agent.The field application shows that after the profile control measures in 24 wells the accumulative oil increase is 542 t and the average daily oil increase per single well is 0.71 t.
