摘 要:本文以Cr_(2)O_(3)、TiO_(2)和NiO为原材料,通过喷雾造粒和烧结获得了由尖晶石结构NiCr_(2)O_(4)和钙钛矿结构TiCrO_(3)组成的Cr_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)复合粉末。采用大气等离子喷涂技术在镍基高温合金表面制备Cr_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)/nano-YSZ复合涂层,分析测试了复合涂层的微观结构、抗拉结合强度、抗烧蚀性能和高温热辐射性能。结果表明,Cr_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)/nano-YSZ复合涂层孔隙率较低,抗拉结合强度达到29.2 MPa;经1.5 MW/m^(2)、600 s氧乙炔火焰烧蚀后,Cr_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)/nano-YSZ复合涂层表面有轻微点状剥落,涂层内部结构完整,未发生失效。在烧蚀过程中,Cr_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)/nano-YSZ复合涂层隔热能力达到426℃,比单一纳米YSZ涂层隔温能力高146℃,基体温度比纳米YSZ涂层低335℃;Cr_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)/nano-YSZ复合涂层在400℃和750℃在2~15μm波段内的法向发射率分别为0.91和0.89。Cr_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)composite powder with NiCr_(2)O_(4) spinel structure and perovskite structure was prepared by spray drying and sintering densification treatment,using the raw materials of Cr_(2)O_(3),TiO_(2)and NiO.The Cr_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)/nano-YSZ composite coating was deposited on the nickel-based superalloys by APS.The microstructure bond strength,ablation resistance and radiation performance of the Cr_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)/nano-YSZ composite coating were investigated.The results showed that the porosity of the Cr_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)/nano-YSZ composite coating was low.And the bond strength of the composite coating reached 29.2 MPa.After 1.5 MW/m2 and 600 s oxyacetylene flame ablation,the Cr_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)/nano-YSZ composite coating was slightly peeled off.The internal structure of the composite coating was complete,and no failure occurred.During the ablation process,the thermal insulation capacity of the Cr_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)/nano-YSZ composite coating reached 426℃,which was 146℃higher than that of the nano-YSZ coating.And the substrate temperature of the Cr_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)/nano-YSZ composite coating was 335℃lower than that of the nano-YSZ coating.The normal phase emissivity of the Cr_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)/nano-YSZ composite coating in the 2~15μm band at 400℃and 750℃was 0.91 and 0.89,respectively.
