摘　　要：为了改善目前钢筋工程在施工阶段的传统分包模式盛行、钢筋工程从业人员专业水平低、创新能力有待提高、信息管理水平较差、以粗放式管理为主等问题所带来的工作效率低下、产品质量保证率较低等现象,将BIM技术应用于钢筋工程施工管理阶段。依托BIM技术的可视化、协调性、模拟性、优化型等特点,构建了基于BIM技术的钢筋工程精细化管理体系。该体系由BIM技术的应用和精细化管理两大块组成,其中BIM技术应用部分由钢筋翻样、下料单据管理、钢筋加工过程中的管理、材料运输、材料的保管、从业人员的管理六个方面组成;精细化组织管理部分由结构组织设计的构建、管理制度的精细化制定管理、从业人员全员参与精细化管理三个方面组成。在管理阶段提出了扁平化的管理组织模式,改善了目前管理中传统分包模式的弊端。本文的研究成果可以为同类型的研究作为参考。In order to improve the prevalence of the traditional subcontracting mode in the construction phase of the current steel bar project,the low professional level of the staff in the steel bar project,the need to improve the innovation ability,the poor level of information management,and the low work efficiency caused by the extensive management,in this paper,BIM technology is applied to the construction management stage of steel reinforcement engineering.Relying on the characteristics of visualization,coordination,simulation,and optimization of BIM technology,it builds a refined management system of steel reinforcement engineering based on BIM technology.The system consists of two major parts,i.e.,the application of BIM technology and refined management.The application of BIM technology consists of steel rebar sampling,blanking document management,management during steel processing,material transportation,material storage,and management of employees.It consists of six aspects,i.e.,the refined organization management part is composed of three aspects:the construction of structural organization design,the refined formulation and management of management systems,and the participation of all employees in refined management.In the management stage,a flat management organization model is proposed,which improvesthe shortcomings of the traditional subcontracting model in current management.The research results of this article can be fed to the same type of research as a reference.
