摘　　要：目的探讨改良Stoppa入路重建钢板内固定(RPIF)治疗骨盆骨折的效果。方法抽取临沂市人民医院2017年6月至2021年6月收治的骨盆骨折患者240例,根据手术方案分为观察组与对照组,每组120例。观察组采用改良Stoppa入路RPIF治疗,对照组采用常规入路内固定术。比较两组手术指标、复位效果及骨盆功能(Majeed评分)。结果观察组切口长度短于对照组,手术时间及出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组复位良好率(97.50%,117/120)高于对照组(86.67%,104/120),P<0.05。观察组术后骨盆功能各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨盆骨折经改良Stoppa入路RPIF治疗,不仅切口短、出血少,且可缩短手术时间,复位更满意,术后骨盆功能恢复更好。Objective To investigate the effect of reconstruction plate internal fixation(RPIF)via modified Stoppa approach on pelvic fractures.Methods A total of 240 patients with pelvic fractures treated in Linyi People’s Hospital from June 2017 to June 2021 were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the operation plans,with 120 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by RPIF via modified Stoppa approach,while the control group was treated by internal fixation via conventional approach.The surgical indicators,reduction effect,and pelvic function(Majeed score)were compared between the two groups.Results The incision length in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,while the operation time and blood loss were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of good reduction in the observation group(97.50%,117/120)was higher than that in the control group(86.67%,104/120),P<0.05.The postoperative scores of pelvic function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The RPIF via modified Stoppa approach,in the treatment of pelvic fractures,not only have short incision and less bleeding,but also can shorten the operation time,get more reduction satisfactory,and get better recovery of pelvic function.
