摘 要:针对大跨度桥梁中位于临江岸堤上的深埋巨型承台施工难度大,传统施工工艺导致的支护结构钢材用量大,结构受力不尽合理的问题,提出了干作业取土的施工工艺。依托马鞍山公铁两用长江大桥Z5号墩承台支护结构的设计,对比传统水下取土和新提出的干作业取土工艺,最终选用钢结构体系作为支护结构、辅助降水的干作业取土的绿色施工方案可以显著地减少围堰的材料用量,节省工期,为解决此类基坑支护的问题提供更加节能环保的思路和方向。In view of the difficulties in the construction of the giant deep-buried cap near the river of the long-span bridge,the traditional construction technology leads to the large steel consumption of the supporting structure,and the unreasonable structure stress,the construction technology of dry soil extraction is put forward.Relying on the design and construction of the supporting structure in the No.Z5 pier cap of Maanshan Rail-highway Bridge and comparing the traditional underwater soil extraction with the new dry soil extraction technology,the green construction scheme of dry soil extraction with steel structure system as support structure and auxiliary precipitation is finally selected because of the lower material usage and shorter construction time.Provided more energy saving and environmental protection ideas and direction to solve this kind of foundation pit supporting problems.
