摘 要:为了规避常规路基压实施工中难以精确控制压实范围、遍数,不能及时进行事中控制的难题,引入了路基智能碾压系统。通过探讨路基智能碾压系统技术原理、系统组成、施工工艺技术,并对ECV与路基压实度相关性进行了深入研究,证明了路基智能碾压系统在路基填筑施工中的实际应用价值,实现压实轨迹、碾压遍数、压实质量的实时控制,能够做到实时监控路基压实施工质量。通过路基智能碾压设备的应用,在保障施工质量的同时,大幅提高压实作业的效率,杜绝漏压、少压、超压,减少资源、时间的浪费。In order to avoid the problem that it is difficult to accurately control the compaction range and times in the conventional subgrade compaction construction and cannot be controlled in time,the subgrade intelligent compaction system was introduced.By discussing the technical principle,system composition and construction technology of subgrade intelligent compaction system,and deeply studying the correlation between ECV and subgrade compactness,it proves the practical application value of subgrade intelligent compaction system in subgrade filling construction,realizes the real-time control of compaction track,compaction times and compaction quality,and can monitor the construction quality of subgrade compaction in real time.Through the application of subgrade intelligent compaction equipment,while ensuring the construction quality,greatly improve the efficiency of compaction operation,eliminate missing pressure,less pressure and overpressure,and reduce the waste of resources and time.
