摘  要:2250 kW拖轮设计建造之初,主机选型不合理,功率过小,与船体不适应,且故障频发,无法满足公司长航调遣需求,造成船舶长期闲置。为进一步挖掘现有船舶潜能,以最小投资实现利益最大化,根据公司施工生产需要,对该船进行了主机增容以及相关的设备设施改造,以满足公司生产经营以及市场开拓需求。At the beginning of the design and construction of the 2250 kW tug,the main engine selection was unreasonable,the power was too small,and it was not suitable for the hull,and the fault occurred frequently,which could not meet the company's demand for long-voyage dispatch,resulting in long-term idleness of the ship.In order to further tap the potential of the existing ships and maximize the benefits with the minimum investment,according to the construction and production needs of the company,the main engine capacity of the ship was increased and relevant equipment and facilities were transformed to meet the production,operation and market development needs of the company.
