摘 要:近年来,我国天然橡胶产业科技发展水平不断提升,科研体系进一步完善,以现代农业产业技术体系为代表的一系列制度设计为产业发展提供支撑,取得了丰硕的研究成果。但是在一些重点领域、关键环节仍存在制约产业发展的问题,比如天然橡胶质量形成和调控机制研究不足、农技推广队伍不强等。建议在体制机制、借势借力、农技推广体系等方面同步发力,共同解决制约天然橡胶产业科技发展的瓶颈。In recent years, the development level of science and technology in China’s natural rubber industry has been continuously improved, and the scientific research system has been further developed. A series of system designs, represented by modern agricultural industrial technology system, have provided support for industrial development and achieved fruitful research results. However, there are still some problems restricting industrial development in some key areas and key links, such as insufficient research on natural rubber quality formation and regulation mechanism, as well as weak agricultural technology extension team. It was suggested that efforts should be made simultaneously in the aspects of system and mechanism, agricultural technology extension system, etc., to jointly solve the bottleneck restricting the scientific and technological development of natural rubber industry.
