摘  要:为探索一种简单、安全、人力投入较少的不影响母羊生殖道内环境,同时能达到较高发情率的肉羊同期发情方法。试验利用孕酮微囊包被技术制成液态制剂,按一定剂量以全混日粮(TMR)为载体的投药方法实施繁殖母羊的同期发情。试验选择适龄繁殖母羊(杜寒高代杂交)240只,随机分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ3组,每组80只,Ⅰ组以全混日粮(TMR)为载体投放孕酮(孕酮微囊包被液态制剂);Ⅱ组以海绵栓(一种浸润了孕酮的海绵柱)为载体投放孕酮;Ⅲ组以CIDR(一种含孕酮的阴道硅胶支架)为载体投放孕酮。试验结果表明,在相同饲养管理和处理方法的情况下,3种孕酮投放方式均能达到良好的同期发情效果(Ⅰ组88.8%、Ⅱ组90.0%、Ⅲ组93.8%),差异不显著(P> 0.05);但发情母羊受胎率统计结果显示,Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组受胎率均显著高于Ⅱ组(P <0.05)。说明Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组的孕酮投放方式对母羊生殖道内环境的影响较小,可以有效提升肉羊人工授精的受胎率。[Absract] In order to develop a simple,safe and less manual labour method which does not affect the internal environment of the reproductive tract of ewes,and can achieve a higher oestrus rate.In this experiment,progesterone microcapsule coating technology was used to prepare liquid preparation,and the estrus synchronization of breeding ewes was carried out with a certain dose of total mixed ration(TMR)as the carrier. 240 breeding ewes(high generation crossbreeding between DuBo and Small Tailed Han Sheep)were randomly divided into three groups,with 80 ewes in each group. In group Ⅰ,progesterone(progesterone microencapsulated liquid preparation)was administered with TMR as the carrier;In group Ⅱ,progesterone was injected with sponge suppository(a sponge column impregnated with progesterone);In group Ⅲ,CIDR(a vaginal silicone stent containing progesterone)was used as the carrier to deliver progesterone.The results showed that under the same feeding management and treatment methods,the three progesterone administration methods could achieve good estrus synchronization effect(88.8% in group Ⅰ,90.0% in group Ⅱ and 93.8% in group Ⅲ),and the difference was not significant(P > 0.05);However,the pregnancy rate of breeding ewes in group Ⅰ and Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅱ(P < 0.05).Ⅰt is proved that the progesterone administration methods in group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ have little impact on the internal environment of the female reproductive tract,and can effectively improve the pregnancy rate of artificial insemination in mutton sheep.
