摘 要:文章旨在研究日粮中添加液体大豆蛋白肽对断奶仔猪生产性能和血清生化指标的影响,试验选用21日龄健康、个体差异小的DLY三元杂断奶仔猪288头,随机分为2组,每组4个重复。试验组在基础日粮中添加5000 mL/d的液体大豆蛋白肽,对照组饲喂基础日粮。结果表明:(1)试验组比对照组平均每头增重显著提高16.38%(P<0.05);(2)试验组腹泻率比对照组降低4.86%;腹泻频率比对照组低3.78%,但差异不显著(P>0.05);(3)试验组血液生化指标总蛋白TP增加显著(P<0.05);肝功能指标正常。结论:日粮中添加液体大豆蛋白肽能显著提高断奶仔猪生产性能,促进机体营养代谢,为生产中断奶仔猪饲养提供一定参考。To study the effects of liquid soybean protein peptide on production performance and the serum biochemical index in weaning piglets.288 heads,21-day-old health and individual close DLY three-crossbreed weaned piglets were selected.And there were allotted randomly into 2 groups.The control group was only feeding basal diet,while 5000 mL/d liquid soybean protein peptide would be added to basal diet in the experiment group.The experimental results showed that:(1)The weaning piglets(21-old-age)on average every head weight was not significant(P>0.05);In the end of test,he average every head weight gain increased 16.38%compared with control group,it was significant difference(P<0.05).(2)Liquid soybean protein peptide reduced diarrhea piglets rate was 4.86%;Diarrhea frequency was lower 3.78%than the control group(P>0.05);Mortality were extremely low.(3)Liquid soybean protein peptide increased weaning piglets to blood biochemical indicators TP,ALB,GLB content.TP was increased than the control group and it was significant difference(P<0.05).The content of ALT,AST and GGT in test group in the reference were secreted normal range,the liver function was not to be damaged.Conclusions:Comprehensive assessment that soybean protein peptide can improved weaning piglets’production performance and promoted the body nutrition metabolization when adding soybean protein peptide liquid in basal diet under the experimental condition.
