地顶孢霉培养物对樱桃谷肉鸭生长性能、血液抗氧化指标及免疫器官指数的影响

摘　　要：文章旨在研究地顶孢霉培养物对樱桃谷肉鸭生长性能、血液抗氧化指标及免疫器官指数的影响,试验将健康的1日龄樱桃谷肉雏鸭1200只随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复50只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.1%、0.2%和0.3%的地顶孢霉培养物,试验期40 d。结果表明:日粮中添加0.2%、0.3%地顶孢霉培养物可显著提高樱桃谷鸭出栏体重,降低料重比;添加地顶孢霉培养物可提高樱桃谷肉鸭抗氧化性能,试验Ⅲ组效果最佳;日粮中添加地顶孢霉培养物可显著提高胸腺指数和脾脏指数,以试验Ⅲ组效果最好。因此,地顶孢霉培养物具有促进肉鸭生长,提高肉鸭抗氧化能力及免疫力的功能。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of acrespora terricola culture on growth performance,blood antioxidant indices and immune organ indices of Cherry valley ducks.A total of 1200 healthy one-day-old Cherry valley ducklings were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 50 ducks per replicate.The ducks in control group were fed a basal diet,and the ducks in experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.1%,0.2%and 0.3%acrespora terreticus culture,respectively.The experiment lasted for 40 days.The results showed that dietary supplemented with 0.2%and 0.3%acrespora terreticus culture significantly increased the body weight of Cherry valley ducks,and decreased the ratio of feed to gain.The antioxidant activity of Cherry valley ducks was improved by adding acrespora terricola culture,and the effect of test groupⅢwas the best.The thymus index and spleen index were significantly increased in the diet supplemented with acrespora terricola culture,and the effect of test groupⅢwas the best.Therefore,the Acrespora terricola culture could promote the growth and improve the antioxidant capacity and immunity of meat ducks.
