摘 要:硬齿面齿轮主要运用于车辆、船舶、工程机械等领域的动力输出变速装置中。硬齿面刮削技术是使用硬质合金滚刀来对硬齿面齿轮进行精加工和齿轮磨前半精加工的工艺技术,齿面硬度可达到45~64 HRC,而加工精度可达5~7级,齿轮表面粗糙度为Ra(0.63~1.25)μm,可部分替代磨齿和剃齿进行修形,以消除淬火(热处理)造成的变形。其加工效率比锥面砂轮磨齿机高5~6倍,而生产费用远低于磨齿,同时加工后齿面晶粒细化组织优于磨齿和剃齿。通过研究与试运用,该技术对企业降低成本、提高生产效率和产品品质有着积极的意义。Case-hardened gears have been mainly applied to the power take-off transmissions device in the field of vehicles,ships,engineering machinery and so on.Case-hardened scraped technology was a processing technology which used carbide hob for finish machining of case-hardened gears as well as semi-finishing prior to gear grinding,the tooth face hardness could reach to 45~64 HRC,moreover machining accuracy could be up to Level 5~7 with gear surface roughness to Ra(0.63~1.25)μm.It was possible to do gear profile modification partially for the replacement of gear grinding and shaving for elimination of deformation caused by quenching(heat treatment).The machining,machining efficiency was increased by 5~6 times as compared with cone wheel gear grinding machine,whereas its production cost was far lower than gear grinding and simultaneously after machining,gear face' s grain refined structure was superior to gear grinding and shaving.Through research and application,this technology was positively significant to cost reduction,production efficiency and product quality promotion for enterprises.
