摘 要:在实际环境下,以导电垫片实现电磁屏蔽的电子设备抗恶劣气候环境适应能力差,容易发生电化学腐蚀而导致设备性能失效的质量问题频发,是亟待解决的工程技术难题。采用模压硫化的方式制备出一种新型复合导电垫片,其主要由硅橡胶及导电橡胶集成复合而成。通过盐雾试验及接触电阻检测对其耐电化学腐蚀性能和电性能进行研究。结果表明:该复合导电垫片可耐盐雾500 h,且经过模压制备及盐雾试验后,其接触电阻几乎保持不变,表明其具有优异的电性能和环境适应性。可应用于军品、民品电子设备,满足在沿海、潮湿等恶劣环境中电子设备的电磁屏蔽和水汽密封要求。In the actual environment,electronic devices with use conductive gaskets to achieve electromagnetic shielding had poor adaptability to harsh weather environments,and frequent quality problems that caused equipment performance failure due to electrochemical corrosion were prone to occur,so it was an engineering technical problem that needed to be solved urgently.A new type of composite conductive gasket was prepared by molding and vulcanizing,which was mainly composed of silicon rubber and conductive rubber.Research on its electrochemical corrosion resistance and electrical performance through salt spray test and contact resistance test was conducted.The results showed that the composite conductive gasket could withstand salt spray for 500 h,and after molding preparation and salt spray test,its contact resistance remained almost unchanged,which indicated that it had excellent electrical properties and environmental adaptation.It could be applied to military and civilian electronic equipment to meet the electromagnetic shielding and water vapor sealing requirements of electronic equipment in harsh environments such as coastal and humid environments.
