摘　　要：为了提高检验人员测量XLPE电力电缆绝缘电阻常数的准确性和一致性,分别通过试样尺寸、长度、水温、浸水时间、加压时间、测量环境的湿度和测量重复性等方面的试验数据,对影响XLPE电力电缆绝缘电阻常数测量因素进行研究和趋势分析,规范操作步骤。该研究有助于检验人员在实际测量过程中规避干扰因素,客观反映XLPE电力电缆绝缘电阻常数准确数据。In order to improve the accuracy and consistency of XLPE power cable insulation resistance constant measured by inspectors,through the test data from the aspects of sample size,length,water temperature,immersion time,pressurization time,humidity of measurement environment and measurement repeatability,studies the factors affecting XLPE power cable insulation resistance constant measurement,makes trend analysis and standardizes the operation steps. In the actual measurement process. This study can enable the inspectors to avoid interference factors in the test process and objectively reflect the accurate data of XLPE power cable insulation resistance constant.
