摘 要:在弱酸性条件,纳米金(AuNPs)在NaCl的诱导下,与苯代三聚氰胺(BG)发生络合反应,使纳米金(AuNPs)的紫外吸收峰发生红移,由此建立了苯代三聚氰胺(BG)的可视化检测.结果表明:溶液pH值、NaCl浓度等因素对纳米金颗粒(AuNPs)与络合反应均有影响.当NaCl浓度为0.2 mol/L,pH值为5时反应最佳.得到的线性方程为y=0.0039x+0.0635,r=0.9949,检测限是6.00μg/L.该检测方法操作简单,不受场地限制,可用于食品外包装中苯代三聚氰胺的快速检测.A visual detection method for benzoguanamine(BG)was established.Under weak acidic conditions,gold nanoparticles(AuNPs)was induced by NaCl.The complexation reaction with benzoguanamine(BG)resulted in the red shift of the maximum absorption peak of gold nanoparticles(AuNPs).The results showed that the pH value of the solution,NaCl concentration and other factors had an impact on the complexation reaction of gold nanoparticles(AuNPs).The reaction conditions were optimized.The optimum concentration of NaCl was 0.2 mol/L and pH was 5.The linear equation was y=0.0039x+0.0635,r=0.9949.The detection limit was 6.00μg/L.The detection method had high sensitivity and simple operation,and could be used for the rapid detection of phenylmelamine in food packaging.
