摘  要:为了对碾米机加工得到的大米品质进行检测,设计了一套碾米机视觉识别装置,采用EDEM仿真技术对该装置中的关键结构参数进行了优化设计。通过EDEM将已经设置好的米粒颗粒在要进行优化的结构中进行仿真,通过正交实验设计确定仿真的次数和参数配比问题,最后得到符合实际碾米机视觉识别装置的最优参数组合,取样槽的坡度为38°,传送带的速度为0.5 m/s,第三个滚筒与传送带的间隙为2.5、3.0 mm。In order to test the quality of milled rice,a visual recognition device of the rice milling machine was designed in this paper,and the key structural parameters of the device were optimized by using the EDEM simulation technology.The rice grains that had been set were simulated in the structure to be optimized through EDEM,the number of simulations and parameter ratio problems were determined through orthogonal experimental design,and finally the optimal parameter combination in line with the actual rice milling machine visual recognition device was obtained.The slope of the sampling groove was 38°,the speed of the conveyor belt was 0.5 m/s,and the gap between the third roller and the conveyor belt was 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm.
