摘 要:分别使用部分流颗粒物采样系统和全流稀释定容采样系统进行了颗粒物数量(PN)排放测量,对比了颗粒物计数器在发动机排气中直接采样和在稀释排气中采样的差异,进行了不同测试循环的台架排放试验,研究了发动机在使用不同后处理系统时,颗粒物计数器的稀释比对PN排放的影响。试验结果表明,使用全流稀释定容采样系统时,颗粒物计数器的测试结果要大幅度高于使用部分流颗粒物采样系统时,略高于在发动机排气中直接采样。随着颗粒物计数器的稀释比增加,PN排放有降低的趋势,但是降低幅度较小,而凝聚颗粒物计数器(CPC)的测量值基本上随着稀释比的增加呈乘幂关系下降。Particle number emissions were measured using two test systems, the partial-flow particle sampling system and the full-flow dilution constant volume sampling system, respectively. The differences between the direct sampling of the engine exhaust and the sampling of the diluted exhaust were compared.The variation of influence of the dilution ratios sampled by the particle counter on the PN emission result was studied when the engine used different post-treatment systems. The test results show that the results of the particle counter with the full flow dilution system are significantly higher than those with the partial flow dilution system, and also slightly higher than those with the direct sampling in the engine exhaust.With the increase of the dilution ratio of the particle counter, the particle number emissions decreased, but the range was small, while the measured value of condensation particle counter counting(CPC) unit basically decreased in a power relationship with the increase of the sampling dilution ratio.
