摘 要:针对新浇大体积混凝土基础的前期强度低,受外部振动作用后长期强度和稳定性易受影响的问题,结合焦作东部商砼产业园的工程条件与周围环境,开展爆破参数设计与振动安全监测,利用萨道夫斯基公式及混凝土应力理论,分析研究了大方量土石方爆破对新浇4 d大体积C20混凝土基础的影响。结果表明:合理选择爆破参数和装药结构,采用数码电子雷管精确延时起爆技术,可显著降低露天大体积土石方开挖的爆破振动;现场监测得到新浇混凝土基础的最大响应速度为3.28 cm·s^(-1),各测点径向振速>垂向振速>切向振速,振速的主频分布在17.6~108.1 Hz范围内;爆破振动波引起的混凝土拉应力为0.25 MPa,小于4 d龄期的抗拉强度。结合频谱分析,得到了该地质条件下的各向振速传播规律及能量分布特征。In view of the low early strength of newly poured mass concrete foundation and the long-term strength and stability susceptible to external vibration,the blasting parameter design and vibration safety monitoring are carried out in combination with the engineering conditions and surrounding environment of Jiaozuo Eastern Commercial Concrete Industrial Park.Based on Sadowski formula and concrete stress theory,the effect of large-volume soil-rock blasting on massive C20 fresh concrete foundation is studied.The experimental results show that reasonable selection of blasting parameters and charging structure and accurate delay initiation technology of digital electronic detonator can significantly reduce the blasting vibration of large-volume soil-rock excavation on open-air.The field monitoring shows that the maximum response speed of fresh concrete foundation is 3.28 cm·s^(-1),the radial vibration speed at each measuring point is greater than the vertical vibration speed and the tangential vibration speed.The main frequency of the vibration is in the range of 17.6~108.1 Hz,and the concrete tensile stress caused by the blasting vibration wave is 0.25 MPa,which is less than the tensile strength of its 4 d age.Combined with spectrum analysis,the propagation regularity of vibration velocity in all directions and energy distribution characteristic under this geological condition are obtained.This research can provide references for soil-rock blasting projects in similar complex environments.
